Kier lands £6.2m deal to build affordable homes in Surrey

Kier Partnership Homes has been appointed by Rosebery Housing Association and Threshold Housing to build 61 new affordable homes in Surrey.

The project on the former Horton Hospital site in Epsom, worth £6.2m, comprises the construction of 29 houses and 32 flats with a total area of 4560m2.

When complete in September 2006, the homes will be available for rent and shared ownership.
