Barford signs deal to cover Wales and southern England

Dumper manufacturer Barford has expanded its UK distribution network by completing an agreement with two JCB dealers to cover Wales and southern England.
The deal with Holt JCB based in Cheltenham and Greenshields JCB of Farnham provide Barford with 14 new outlets.
“It is a massive step forward for Barford to be sold and marketed alongside established ranges such as JCB and two of the biggest distributors in the UK,” said Barford managing director Niall Wordworth.
“This new partnership will increase our profile and help us achieve our target as the clear number two manufacturer of site dumpers in the UK,” he added.
According to Barford, all of the branches have already taken in an extensive stock of dumpers which will now be sold alongside JCB compact equipment.
