£45m jobs and benefits offices programme up for grabs in Belfast


The Department of Finance and Personnel Office Estates and Building Standards Division in Belfast is asking developers to bid for a £35m to £45m programme to provide 10 new regional Jobs and Benefits Offices in Northern Ireland.

The offices, which all require parking facilities, will be in Cookstown, Strabane, Newtownards, Bangor, Ballymena, Ballynahinch, Newcastle, Belfast (Andersontown area), Downpatrick and Belfast's Corporation Street area.

Firms have until 3 October to register interest in the scheme.
