'Starter for ten' for RoSPA E-Videos
Health and safety training, that 'opportunity' that faces many of us on a daily basis: it has to be completed, it has to be flexible and it has to be cost effective - simple, right? The RoSPA E-Videos system contains a huge breadth of material. There is content ranging from how to drive a fork lift truck all the way through to dealing with fires in the work place, and more videos are being added on a regular basis. There is a wide range of topic areas, including construction, driver safety, industrial safety, safety awareness and risk assessment, covering many of the basic essentials that are now required learning.
The content is delivered directly to a PC via a broadband connection, and can be shown on the full screen just like a TV programme, although many people prefer to have a smaller video running alongside the transcript onscreen. Once the programme is finished and any key areas have been reviewed, simply click on the quiz button to take the online test. The content that has been watched and the score achieved in the test is automatically entered into a personal Health & Safety Log, which can only be accessed by the individual employee and their specified 'supervisor'.
