Laing sells its half of DMH

John Laing has sold its 50% equity investment in Defence Management Holdings (DMH) for 5.9m to Serco.
DMH has a contract with the Ministry of Defence to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Joint Services Command & Staff College in Shrivenham.
