Galliford Try wins community centre deal

Galliford Try has been awarded a £2.5m project to construct a community enterprise centre for Brymbo & Tanyfron Regeneration Trust.

The single storey steel framed building will be built on the regenerated site of the former Brymbo steelworks near Wrexham, and will include: starter business units, conference, exhibition and training suites, a crèche, day nursery, community hall and cyber cafe.

The project, which will act as a catalyst for further regeneration within the Wrexham region, will commence 28 November with completion anticipated for September 2006.
