Dean and Dyball wins £8.1m stadium contract

Dean and Dyball has won an £8.1m contract to build a new stadium for Exeter Rugby Chiefs at their Sandy Park home.

Work will involve the construction of a new stand, hospitality areas, changing facilities, car parking and landscaping.

Work will begin next week, with the new facility scheduled to open in September 2006.

Dean and Dyball was recently awarded the contract to build a state-of-the-art training academy for Chelsea Football Club in Surrey.
