Willmott Dixon wins £11.8m housing contract

Willmott Dixon Housing has secured a £11.8m project from long-term framework partner Circle Anglia to build a combined housing and commercial development in Shepherds Bush.

The scheme includes demolishing an existing building and work starts later this month for completion in July 2007.

When handed over, the 113-unit development will comprise 46 general needs apartments, 31 shared home ownership apartments, 30 apartments for private ownership, plus six commercial units.

Working with Willmott Dixon Housing are long-term supply chain partners PRP Architects and structural engineer Colin Toms & Partners.
