Rok unveils £1bn order book

Rok unveiled a £1bn long-tern framework order book to the City this morning.

The milestone has been reached following five contract awards last month. These cover planned and reactive maintenance, cladding and Decent Homes schemes:

• £15m contract with Glasgow Housing Association.
• £20m contract with Preston (Gateway Housing).
• £21m contract with Anchor Trust North East.
• £15m contract with Anchor Trust South West.
• £30m contract with Pennine 2000 (Rosendale).

Chief executive Garvis Snook said: "We are delighted that many of our new projects are coming from the North of England and Scotland where Rok has focused on expanding its offering over the last couple of years."
