Tarmac Greens up in the South West

Tarmac has expanded its presence in recycled aggregate after signing a joint venture deal with Churngold Transport and Recycling.

The new company TCRA will operate from a 4ha site in Filton, Gloucestershire. It will accept and process inert waste and supply recycled materials back to the local market.

The site has the capacity to process up to 250,000t of inert waste a year, and has access to a fleet of over 100 vehicles from its parent companies.
