Flooring specialist DCP has launched an ultra-fast drying cement additive, which can produce surfaces that can be walked on within three hours at room temperature. Cemscreed Rapid is aimed at standard floor screeds, and eliminates the need for damp-proof membranes as it is suitable for coverings within 24 hours.

Baggeridge Brick has won a £330,000 contract to supply Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle project with clay cladding Corium. The company will supply approximately 5,000m2 of brick to the city centre scheme.
