Osborne bags £46m housing deal

Geoffrey Osborne has the key to a housing upgrade deal in London, potentially worth £46.3m.

The partnering deal for reactive maintenance and voids for Circle 33 Housing Group will initially run for a year and cover 2,676 homes in Camden and Hackney.

But if Osborne’s work comes up to scratch, the deal will be extended in stages up to 10 years and span the group’s entire stock of around 11,000 units in 21 other London boroughs.
