Developers will be tendering for work in May for the latest project in the regeneration of Liverpool.
Langtree Group is developing a £15m business park in the city, which will cover a mixture of office and industrial space.
Work is due to start onsite in August after Liverpool Land Development Company this week secured the funding for the Wellington Employment Park scheme.
The project will see 16,400m2 of speculative office and light industrial space on three sites.
The work will cover two phases. Phase 1 will involve up to 5,700m2 of office space, with 17 industrial units of up to 1,2500m2.
The completion date for the first phase is eight months for the industrial space and 12 months for the offices after work has started.
Langtree does not have a completion date for Phase 2, which will involve 11 industrial units of up to 1,200m2.
