Powered-access specialist the Platform Company has branched out into telehandler hire with the purchase of 70 new JCB machines.
The company’s aim is to complement its range of access kit and offer a complete site package. “Telehandlers are a natural fit in our business, providing busy site managers with what they really need – the right piece of kit for the job, backed up with reliability, service and efficient collection and delivery,” said sales director Lee Perry.
The 70 machines include four Loadall models with lift heights from 7m to 17m, as well as JCB’s 926 rough terrain forklift. The new units will be available from the company’s network of eight branches.
