Diversity Award 2006

Designed to reflect the current and potential contribution to the construction industry by women and ethnic minority workers, this category will reward companies that can demonstrate innovation and excellence in attracting, retaining and offering career progression opportunities to a diverse workforce.

The judges will be looking for evidence of an industry-leading equal opportunities policy, positive action to recruit women and ethnic minorities, and clear measurement of success criteria and results.
