Specialist Contractor of the Year Award 2006

Entries are encouraged from companies of all sizes specialising in activities such as: plumbing, electrical, heating and ventilation, lift or escalator installation; piling; ground works; cladding; curtain walling; steel, concrete or timber frame construction; roofing; and brickwork.

The judges will look for firms that can demonstrate effective communication and integration with other members of the construction team.

Entrants need to show they have good management systems and are in control of time and costs.

They should also be able to prove that they are effectively integrating their own supply chains.
