Training Award 2006

Entries are welcome from contractors, specialists, manufacturers, suppliers and designers.

The judges will be looking for evidence of commitment to develop personnel across the business – from the craft level to senior management (where appropriate) – in keeping with the principals of “Investors in People”.

Entrants must show investment designed to maximise team performance and to prepare the workforce to meet clients’ needs.

The training spend per head and the use of training programmes to attract school and college leavers into the industry will be taken into account.
