St Modwen to let Somerset deal

St Modwen is gearing up to tender elements of a £100m mixed-use scheme in Somerset.

The developer has the green light from planners for a 17,000m2 industrial estate, plus 550 homes at the Taunton Trading Estate, Norton Fitzwarren. The industrial units will be let as design and build deals, while the housing elements will be packaged and let to developers, who will then appoint their own contractors.
