A Lagan Construction/Murphy team has tapped into a £24m water pipeline deal in Northern Ireland.
The DRD Water Service project, dubbed D2H, will see the replacement of the old 48in concrete Dunore pumping main running from Dunore water treatment works at Lough Neagh to Hydepark service reservoir at Mallusk.
The new pipeline, due to come on stream by the close of this year, will deliver up to 180 million litres of drinking water per day to the Belfast and Co Antrim areas.
