Interserve, Mansell and Overbury have been selected by the BBC to carry out its small to medium-sized construction projects. They will start work on new projects from 1 July, taking over from Land Securities Trillium. Johnson Controls, appointed in March to provide FM to the BBC in London and Scotland, will also provide design and management services for smaller construction projects in these areas.
The successful trio beat another five shortlisted bidders to the four-year framework deal: Balfour Beatty, Inviron, ISG InteriorExterior, John Sisk & Son and Kier.
