Warren Lubin is the new community liaison officer at Willmott Dixon Housing. He will focus on communities in west London and the M4 corridor.

Sandtoft has promoted Sam Vernon to customer support manager after four years with the company.

Britannia Construction

David Parry has joined the board of Britannia Construction as technical director with responsibility for technical services, planning and design and build.

Mansell

Mansell has promoted Frank Dick to regional director of its central Scotland business unit.

McHale & Co Solicitors

Dominic Timmons has joined McHale & Co to develop its litigation portfolio. Timmons previously worked as UK head of legal at Quinn Direct Insurance.

Encon

Encon has appointed Gerry Fallon as managing director. Fallon, who has been with the company since 1986, will succeed Douglas McKerracher, who is due to retire.

Currie & Brown has appointed Hilary Robson as divisional director, responsible for the delivery of cost consultancy services for the redevelopment of BBC Broadcasting House.

Bovema has appointed David Fitzpatrick as general manager to run the UK operation for its Dutch parent company. He has previously worked for NuAire and Dunham Bush.

Adele White has been appointed in a national business development role at White Young Green. She will be focusing on the strategic development of the company's environmental services with key clients in key sectors.
