Twelve contractors are to share out £570m- worth of housing work for the London & Quadrant group in the capital and around the M25 corridor under a project that involvesing around 1,500 homes.
The work is divided into two lots. Both are predominantly new build, but the second lot focuses on regenerating whole areas and could involve total refurb projects.
Lot One (£200m): Denne Construction Hill Partnerships Laing O'Rourke Mount Anvil.
Lot Two (£370m): Countryside Durkan Higgins John Laing Partnership Lovell Rydon Wates Willmott Dixon Wates.
The deal is being let as a five-year framework agreement.
