Lovell secures Rea Valley regen

Lovell Partnerships has crossed the threshold to scooptake a £34m new-build housing deal near Birmingham.

The job, known as the Rea Valley regeneration scheme, is for the Bromford Carinthia Housing Association and involves the design and construction of 350 homes over 42 months.

Work on site starts in January or February 2007.
