Three firms are on the register for a £15m education-sector deal in Hereford.
The line-up for the Herefordshire College of Technology scheme is Laing O'Rourke, Alfred McAlpine and Willmott Dixon Turner.
The job, known as the Hereford Learning Village, involves the design, demolition and construction of new buildings and the redevelopment of others on the Folly Lane site.
The buildings include classrooms and workshops, plus learning resource and business centres.
The winning contractor is due to surface in October, with work on site expected to start before this year is out.
