Three battle for Chorley, Lancashire deal

Three firms are in the hunt for a £20m distribution centre deal in Chorley, Lancashire.

Eric Wright, Pochin and B&K are working up bids for the complex, which will include warehouses, storage facilities, offices and lorry parks.

The client is Wolseley, but as yet, there is no definite date set for a start on site.
