Liverpool developer unveils shortlist

Urban regeneration company Liverpool Vision has announced its shortlist of four developers for its Kingston House development in Liverpool's city centre.

The company is marketing the development site on behalf of the Northwest Regional Development Agency and the shortlist is the first stage of a two-stage selection process.

The four shortlisted companies are:

• FT Pattern Properties in partnership with Eric Wright Group
• HBG Properties
• Langtree Group
• UK Land and Property

The work brief will include the creation of a landmark office building of between 10 and 12 storeys with active retail or leisure uses.

A preferred developer is due to be appointed at the end of the year.
