Currie & Brown seals Greek property contract

Currie & Brown has sealed an agreement with HVB Bank, Emporiki Bank and Lambert Smith Hampton Greece to provide consultancy services to the Hellenic Public Real Estate Corporation (HPREC) in Greece.

The contract, to manage the Greek state's property portfolio, will involve a number of different procurement methods, the majority of them based on PPP models.

Currie & Brown will advise HPREC on procurement and implementation strategies for the concessions programme.

The programme covers more than 250 fixed assets in Greece, as well as the UK, Germany, Belgium and the USA.
