Cadman into administration

Colchester-based Plant hirer Cadman Contracts has followed parent company Thorneycroft into administration.

Thorneycroft was placed in the hand of joint administrators Shay Bannon and Geoff Kinlan at BDO Stoy Hayward following the death of its founding director Andy Ross.

Now Cadman has followed in its footsteps and the joint administrators are now “currently conducting a financial review of the company” as part of its wider review of Thorneycroft.

No redundancies have been announced.
