Thirteen contractors are set to share in £44m- worth of new build housing work in the Ssouth of England.
Social housing landlord Home Group has lined up Willmott Dixon, Durkan, Higgins, Galliford Try, Geoffrey Osborne, Jarvis, Croudace, John Laing, Countryside Developments, McCann Homes, Westleigh Developments, Mulalley and Kent-based Denne, now part of the Leadbitter stable.
The four-year design and construct framework deal is will be managed from either of three of Home Group’s regional offices at Reading, Harlow and Eastcote, near Harrow.
The design and construct projects are likely to involve up to 20 schemes, each consisting of between 10 to 50 new homes.
