Miller to develop housing scheme

Miller Homes has emerged as preferred developer for a scheme to build 150 new in Fareham, Hampshire.

The houses will be built on a 9.7ha site at the former Coldeast Hospital as part of regeneration agency English Partnership’s drive to build up to 14,000 new homes on 96 redundant hospital sites. The project is likely to be delivered during 2006.
