Whitfield thrown out of federation

The Federation of Master Builders has expelled Whitfield Construction (Staffs) Ltd for bringing the organisation into disrepute.

The decision was taken by the north-west regional complaints committee, who found that Whitfield was providing poor customer service and was not complying with the correct complaints handling and dispute resolution procedure.
