Leach employee beats ROK by three years

Sir, As a constant reader of Contract Journal for many years I have to protest.
Age never catches up with anyone in our industry, well at least not yet for me! I joined my employer, Leach Group, in a senior position reporting directly to the managing director, at the young age of 63!

That beats the man at ROK by three years! I’m still active, work a full day and more, and think that I’m appreciated.

It’s not age discrimination that matters, it’s ability discrimination that counts, and if anyone has abilities age will never be a bar.

We have to just keep taking the ‘over-50s fortifying tablets’ for a few more years
