Gazeley set to develop site on Merseyside

Developer Gazeley is planning to build warehouses and distribution centres on a 16 ha site that itn has just bought on Merseyside.

This could be good news for the likes of Fitzpatrick, Birse and Wates, whicho have bothall worked for Gazeley before on similar projects, and possibly also for French firm GSE, with whichom Gazeley has worked up a long-term relationship.

Gazeley bought the site on the East Lancashire Road, just outside Liverpool, from United Utilities Property Solutions for nearly £12m.
