Four firms are swotting up for a £17.5m education-sector deal in South Yorkshire for the Diocese of Sheffield.
The roll-call for the Rossington All Saints School, near Doncaster, is Allenbuild, Norwest Holst, Shepherd and Wates.
The scheme involves a new school covering 7,640m22, a sports village of 1,940m22, plus new sports pitches and infrastructure tasks.
The new school will incorporate environmentally- friendly measures, such as wind chimneys, solar shading, roof lights and underfloor heating.
A start on site is due in January.
