Highways KPI benchmarks published by NHBVBC

KPI benchmarking figures for highway works and designs have been published for the first time by the National Highways Best Value Benchmarking Club (NHBVBC).

The five-year old club has 76 members, between them responsible for work on around 50% of the UK's roads. Members provide data for the benchmarking process and include local authorities, consultants, contractors and suppliers. The group has now published its first sector-specific benchmarking charts on project-related performance.

Data is available for both both highways works and highways design in the form of printable wallcharts to download from the Building Software Limited (BSL) website.

BSL is the company that administrates the collation of the data on behalf of the club.
