Willmott JV wins Walsall scheme

A pairing of Willmott Dixon Housing and social housing specialist Housing 21 has emerged as preferred bidder on a £165m PPP deal for Walsall Council.

The scheme involves building 322 homes for vulnerable people across the borough under a 30-year concession.

As yet, there is no date for work to kick off on site, but the building programme will last five years.
