Stuart Milne bags £45m office work

Stewart Milne Construction has secured two office deals in Aberdeen totalling around £45m.

An estimated £23m scheme will see a nine-storey office block built in the city centre on the site of a former NCP car park. Completion is due within 18 months.

And in the Westhill area of the city, the contractor has a £22m contract from oil company Acergy for a four-building complex, including leisure facilities and workshops.
