Morrison Construction wins £10m North Lanarkshire Council contract

Morrison Construction, part of the Galliford Try group, has won a £10m contract from North Lanarkshire Council to design and build its new office development in Motherwell.

The new development will provide 77,000 sq ft of office space in a five-storey building. Construction starts immediately and North Lanarkshire Council expect to occupy the completed building in January 2008.
