Property services firm Erinaceous has acquired John Nolan Associates (JNA), a structural and consulting engineering company, for £12.6m.
JNA has a turnover of £5.5m and an orderbook in excess of £17m. It employs around 60 staff, primarily in Birmingham. Its main sectors include: residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, retail and health.
JNA now forms the basis of a national structural and consulting engineering business reporting to Erinaceous's building consultancy managing director Norman Kemp.
