Overbury, Morgan Sindall’s fit-out division, has scooped a £33m deal in the City of London.
The project involves fitting out two buildings in New Street Square for business advisory firm Deloitte. The phased 39-week programme comprises fitting out 11 floors of one building and a further six in an adjacent building.
When complete, the scheme will provide around 25,500m2 of high-specification office accommodation. The contract calls for meeting and dining rooms, as well as an auditorium, exhibition and seminar space.
