Collaboration software providers BuildOnline and Citadon merge

Collaboration software providers BuildOnline and Citadon have merged to form CTSpace.

The merger will give the new company a global reach for its online collaboration services, which offer a secure online environment for project teams to share share information, automate business processes, and collaborate and communicate effectively with their partners.

Existing clients include multinationals such as Balfour Beatty, BNP Paribas, and IKEA.
