Eighteen vie for housing deal

A mix of national players and local firms are among 18 contractors lined up to carry out up to £48m-worth of housing work in the Borders region of Scotland over the coming four years.

Individual packages of work for registered social landlords, including the Scottish Borders Housing Association and Waverley Housing, will range in size from £30,000 to £2.5m.
