Inspace has the key to two housing deals for Places for People, the UK’s largest housing and regeneration group.
A £27.5m contract at Wolverton, near Milton Keynes, involves building 223 homes on a neglected site next to the former Royal Train Shed.
The Shed itself and its associated buildings will also be refurbished to create 77 more homes and a commercial unit.
In another deal, worth £14.4m, Inspace will build 138 homes on the Arbury Park estate, just north of Cambridge.
The Arbury Park development is part of a ten-year project that will see 900 homes built on the site.
