Housing work split 20 ways


Twenty firms are to share in up to £150m-worth of housing work for Peterborough-based Cross Keys Homes and Circle Anglia Housing Association.

Those who have made the final cut are a mix of regional and national players: Avebury BMH Construction Burmoor Construction RG Carter Countryside in Partnership Crestel Partnerships Durkan Galliford Try Gleeson Building Higgins Hill Partnerships, Kier Homes Lovell Partnerships Mansell McCann Homes FE Peacock Construction Relmfield Builders SDC Builders William Davies and Willmott Dixon Housing.

The scheme will go forward under a three-year framework agreement and include building 500 affordable homes each year, plus refurbishment and regeneration tasks.

The work will span Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Rutland, Warwickshire, Worcester & Hereford, Lincolnshire, Rutland and Northamptonshire.
