Inspace scoops £13m housing contracts

Inspace has been awarded two social housing projects worth £13m to build 105 new homes in London.

The largest project, on Belsize Road in Camden, is worth £6.7m and involves building 54 mixed-tenure apartments and a commercial office to replace a recently demolished garage and retail unit.

The other contract is at Lyndhurst Hall in Kentish Town, worth £6.3m and involves creating 51 homes in a seven-storey accommodation block.
