Davis Langdon scoops regeneration deals worth £400m

Davis Langdon has been appointed cost manager on two major regeneration schemes in the North West worth a total of almost £400m for Amec Developments.

The projects are the £200m Doncaster Waterdale development and the £190m Talbot Gateway near Blackpool.

Work on the Doncaster project will include the delivery of new civic facilities – including council offices, a performance venue, library and leisure centre.

The Talbot scheme will see the regeneration of the eastern part of the town around the gateway Blackpool North railway station.
