Kier seals £12m M&E contract

Kier Building Services Engineers, part of Kier Group, has won a £12m M&E contract for mortgage lender GMAC RFC.

The contract will involve the design and installation of mechanical and electrical services for the Category B fit-out offices and Data Centre of 5, Arlington Square in Bracknell.

Work is due to start on site next month and will complete next April.
