New Housing Forum chairman announced

Jeffrey Adams is to replace Steve Lidgate as chairman of the Housing Forum.

Adams’ appointment was announced today at the Housing Forum’s national conference in Canary Wharf in London. Adams is currently group chief executive of United House.

Lidgate has been with the Housing Forum since March 2004 after replacing Hugh Try.

At the conference it was also announced that membership had increased 15%.
