United House group chief executive Jeffrey Adams is set to become the new chairman of the Housing Forum when Steve Lidgate steps down from the post on 1 May.
Lidgate has been chair of the Housing Forum since March 2004 after replacing Hugh Try. Lidgate indicated that membership of the Forum has increased 15% in the past year.
The Housing Forum used the conference to outline the initial findings of its Customer Driven Review, which will be taken on board by the Callcutt Review of Housebuilding Delivery.
