Galliford Try has secured three new contracts and one scheme under its Environment Agency (EA) framework worth £110m in total.
The largest contract, worth £41m, is for the construction of the new Museum of Liverpool. Completion is expected in early 2009.
The two other contracts are a £37m deal to construct 255 apartments and 73 bungalows for Larkhill Retirement Village in Clifton, Nottinghamshire, and a £30m contract to provide a 14-storey office block for Abbey Mills House in Reading.
The EA contract is a £3m flood alleviation scheme in Hereford.
